The medico dental building has towered over Stockton, California for 90 years. It is a tribute to the city’s rich history. In 2020, DFA Development turned Stockton’s most iconic building into a sanctuary for artists and creative individuals.

Cal Weber 40 Commercial is the ground floor retail portion of a mixed-use building located in Stockton, California. These buildings were in serviceable condition and were well suited for an adaptive re-use approach, which would facilitate the city’s long term goal of revitalizing the downtown area.
