We are bringing our multi-family development experience into the WxSW Development team to build this large scale housing development in a robust and growing market in Round Rock, Texas. Just 20 minutes from downtown Austin and close proximity to over a dozen bars and restaurants and several major employers including Apple, Dell, and Samsung, this project is set to launch 266 units in a highly sought after market.

The asset will deliver market-leading design and finished plus modern amenities in a tight rental market with growing prices and an undersupply of next-generation multi-family rental properties. Located on roughly 2.4 acres, City Centre will provide a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedroom units with the addition of residential amenities such as a pool, ample on-site parking, an indoor/outdoor lounge, a cocktail bar, and a gym.

Lake Creek abuts the eastern edge of the property and we are working on plans with the City of Round Rock to build a pedestrian bridge over the creek integrated with upgrades to the Lake Creek Hike and Bike Trail. Construction on the site is anticipated to begin at the end of 2022 with completion and market delivery in late 2024/early 2025.

WxSW Development identified and started development plans on the 6 undeveloped infill acres at City Centre in 2015. Two Class A commercial office buildings have been built while determining concepts and plans for this dense multifamily project. In addition to the two Class A office buildings developed by WxSW Development on the plat, WxSW owns the 1.6 acre parcel on the hard corner, immediately adjacent to the subject site. WxSW plans to redevelop this parcel in the near future.
